FPC offers intensive training for Practice Builder at our Training Center in Middletown, Ohio.

Software training in the classroom is effective because an instructor can answer any questions you have rather than a web administrator or customer service representative. When in the classroom, there is also the benefit of knowing that others are learning the same new concept, which can make the experience less frustrating.  Learn without day-to-day distractions or interruptions in our classroom environment.

Training and Events Calendar

Builder Suite Workshop for Practice Builder our one-day program will involve you fully in the techniques and practices of full utilization of Practice Builder.  You and your staff will operate the system on your own training computer. 

You'll be challenged to:

  • set up marketing campaigns
  • select and modify sequences
  • explore the capabilities of Practice Builder

Practice Builder's training covers the latest features available with the current version.  A checklist of items will be covered during the course. You will leave with a handbook of helpful hints, an import sample CD, and answers to the most frequently asked questions.

 

Interact with your peers asking questions of the support specialist instructor and use the opportunity to network with other users to find out how they use Practice Builder.

We reserve the right to cancel the workshop with a 30 day notice.  We will email you with confirmation of the Builder Suite Workshop and recommend you do not book any travel arrangements until your receive confirmation of the session.  Minimum required attendance is six.
